I would like to introduce myself briefly to you:
I am a German chef, 37 years old and do have as a catering- globetrotter some international experience. My oppinion as a passionately chef is, that particularly within the range kitchen a lot of international experience is absolutely necessary. Therefore I was active in a large range of different hotels and restaurants during the past 20 years , among them also 3 years as independent entrepreneur/restaurant owner.The restaurant was run only with organic products and opperated in cooperation with an organic cheese factory.
During the last 4 years I worked in Spain as a head chef , which was also a great experience for me .
Particularly because of the current tourism crisis here I'm looking for a new challenge for beeing able to concentrate myself now for a long-termtask.
